Fall Wellness Programs

It's Your Health, Your Choice

“The First Wealth is Health.”

How many daily steps are enough to achieve better health? There’s no magic number,

but as your daily number of steps increase, so do the health benefits. Most Americans

average only about 4,000 to 6,000 steps a day. Research shows that enjoying a more

active lifestyle through regular, moderate activity can help you improve your health and

quality of life no matter your age, or how long you may have been inactive.

Physical activity boosts the calorie burning process. So the more we move, the more

we burn.

No matter how active you are now, small changes will get you where you want to

go. Increasing your daily activity at a faster or slower rate isn’t as important as simply

moving more today than you did yesterday.

It’s Your Health, Your Choice.  E mail me today and choose one or both of the Wellness Programs available for the fall.

America On The Move "Steptember"  is a great online activity program begins today August 18th – September 29th for 6 weeks.

Be Healthy Bingo Is an easy 4 week pen and paper program, beginning on August 25th-September 19th for 4 weeks.
