Mrs. Sandy Porter

Sandy Porter earned her undergraduate degree in business education and psychology from Chadron State College. She later earned an endorsement in elementary education from Black Hills State College. Mrs. Porter has an Assessment Endorsement from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is one course—finance in education—shy of obtaining her Specialist’s in Administration, also from Chadron State College.
Prior to arriving in Scottsbluff she was the Director of
Instruction in Hemingford, Nebraska for three years. Previous to
that. Mrs. Porter was a classroom teacher in Rawlins, Wyoming.
Sandy Porter is a member of the American Association of School
Administrators, The Nebraska Council of School Administrators, Phi
Delta Kappa, and the Association of Supervision and Curriculum
Development. She’s serves on several state level committees,
including the NDE Design Team and the Nebraska Department of
Education AYP Task Force.
