Dr. Gary Reynolds
Superintendent

Dr.
Reynolds earned his undergraduate degree in education and biology
from Pittsburg State University. He holds a Master’s degree in
Education and an Educational Specialist degree from Wichita State
University. He also holds an Educational Doctorate from Oklahoma
State University.
Prior to arriving in Scottsbluff he was the Superintendent of
Schools at Shawnee Heights USD 450, Shawnee, Kansas for six years.
Previous to that Dr. Reynolds was Superintendent at Clearwater USD
264, Clearwater, Kansas for twelve years. Before becoming a
Superintendent he held positions of Vice President of
administration, high school Principal, high school Assistant
Principal, technical assistant to the director of counseling,
science teacher and biology teacher. He also served in the
Navy.
Dr. Reynolds is a member of the American Association of School
Administrators, The Nebraska Council of School Administrators, and
the Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development.
He is a past member of the Kansas Association of School
Administrators and the United School Administrators of
Kansas. He is also involved in various community and civic
organizations.
